Health Benefits Sign-Up

As “Payor of Last Resort,” LTHC only pays claims for services if there are no other liable parties, meaning a patients insurance company will be billed before LTHC is. To do this, our Tribal Assisters are available to help each patient sign up for programs such as:

Medicare (Over 65 years of age)

Medicaid (must be income eligible)

Veteran’s Assistance

And more.

What if I don’t know whether I qualify for any alternative resources?

Speak to a Tribal Assister to help guide you through your options. They will help assist you in completing any necessary applications, even if you know you are over income.
