Prescription medication is provided to patients who are eligible for direct care services. The pharmacy may also provide limited over the counter medication.
If you need to check the status of a pharmacy prescription you can access this information through your MyChart account, RefillPro App (iOS or Android), by calling the Pharmacy through the main line (360)384-0464 or by calling the pharmacy line directly at (360) 312-2497.
When calling to refill your prescription:
