We recommend all childhood immunizations, including flu and COVID-19 vaccines, to protect children and youth from preventable illnesses and diseases. Please don’t hesitate to ask us questions about immunizations; we are happy to talk about them.

- Birth: Hep B
- 2 months: DTaP, IPV, Hep B, Hib, PVC13, Rotavirus
- 4 months: DTaP, IPV, (Hep B), Hib, PVC13, Rotavirus
- 6 months: DTaP, IPV, Hep B, Hib, PVC13, Rotavirus
- Flu shot yearly
- COVID vaccine per CDC schedules
- 12 months: MMR, Varicella, Hep A
- 15 months: DTaP, IPV, PCV13
- 18-24 months: Hep A
- 4 years: DTaP, IPV, MMR, Varicella
- 11 years: Tdap, Meningococcal, HPV (2 doses, over 6-12 months)
- 16 years: Meningococcal
- Flu vaccine: every year beginning at age 6 months
- COVID-19 vaccine: per CDC recommendations starting at age 6 months
