LTHC provides medication assisted treatment (MAT) care to patients diagnosed with opioid use disorder. We provide Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone), Subutex (buprenorphine) and Vivitrol (naltrexone) for our patients with substance use disorder. All medications are prescribed by providers who are board certified and have undergone appropriate training for providing MAT. Our providers are happy to provide you care through our Office Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) program for those of you that are not interested or cannot commit to the other specialized opioid treatment programs.
If a patient is interested in receiving MAT an appointment can be scheduled can schedule an appointment with the clinic by calling 360-384-0464. If they have a regular Primary Care Provider who prescribes MAT, they can also schedule regular appointments online via MyChart.
