Physical Therapy Appointment Policy
- PT appointments can be scheduled by phone (360) 312-2040, in-person or through MyChart.
- PT emergencies or same day appointments are scheduled on a first come first served basis. If all appointments are filled, the patient is given the choice to either try calling back the next day or be put on the waiting list for that day (if there is a cancellation). We make all attempts to see patients if needed.
- If you cannot keep your appointment, please call to reschedule 24 hours or more in advance, this is considered a cancelled appointment.
- If you fail to reschedule an appointment without 24 hours’ notice, or fail to show for an appointment, this is considered a no-show appointment.
- If you have 2 no show appointments, you may be placed on a waitlist and only able to schedule same day if cancellations occur.
